This is a sample site to demonstrate what you can expect from us. As our client you'll receive your own secure site dedicated to your projects.
Navigation:
Use the Quick Launch bar to the left to navigate to different lists and libraries on your site. You can use the "breadcrumb trail" at the top of each window also to see where you are in your site and move up a level. The navigation tabs at the top will take you to different pages on our top level site. Just use the Quick Launch to get back you your company site at any time.
Setting up and managing your project is as easy as following a few basic steps:
- Let us know your requirements - Complete the Client Requirements survey by clicking the link in the left navigaion bar.
- Add project specifications - Upload documents to the Project Specifications library such as finish and hardware schedules, construction standards, CAD standards, etc.
- Add project tasks - Click on Project Tasks and add a new task for each item or group of items you want to attach a due date to and track the progress. If you need a submittal by one date and construction drawings by another date just create two tasks.
- Add design drawings - Upload design intent drawings, floor plans, etc. to the Design Drawings library.
- Add project pictures - If you have fixture or site pictures that may be relevant to the project upload them to the Project Pictures library.
- Use project discussions - Of course you can call or email us directly at anytime however we're notified instantly of any activity in the discussion and this is the easiest way to keep track of project questions. Consider that we may be involved with multiple projects at any given time and focusing on a single source of information (this site) is the most economical process.
Remember to attach as much information as possible to each document, picture or discussion by adding Part Number, Reference Number, etc.
